    I evaluate and treat conditions caused by nervous system diseases or injuries. I care for people of all ages and work with them to improve their function and their ability to take part in daily activities.

  • Strength and Conditioning.

    This is a great option for people who feel that don’t need PT but they do need a tune-up. Or it can be a great follow-up to when you are finished with PT.

    I work with you on building your strength, endurance, and mobility. Think of this like leveled-up personal training with a doctor of physical therapy.

  • Nutrition Coaching.

    This is a great accompaniment to your PT or Strength and Conditioning sessions. We can address optimizing your nutrition to help you gain and maintain your muscle mass as well as boost your energy through well-rounded nutrition.
